1. Generalities
1. 1 The international Union of performing authors is a non-profit Association of professional performing authors.
The Union's Central office is located in Canada. The term "Central representation" is conditional here, since the principles and technologies of the functioning and development of our Union assume the universality and collegiality of management, and modern means of communication allow instant exchange of information outside the borders of regions and States.
1.2 The international Union of performing authors is founded to provide comprehensive support and assistance to professional performing authors who are members of the Union. And also in memory of the departed authors -performers who made their contribution to the musical culture of the world.
1.3 The Union promotes the development and implementation of cultural, social, and charitable projects, organizing and conducting concerts, festivals, competitions , music awards, tours of authors and performers, creative evenings, and rewards for achievements and achievements under the auspices of the Union .
2. Publishing activity

4. Plans and projects of the Union

5. Rights and responsibilities
5.1 Our members of the non-Profit Association of professional authors-performers - "International Union of Authors-Performers" are United by a certain idea that concerns each of them and the entire author Association. Each of them is aware of their belonging to the Association. They are loyal to each other, at least as far as this idea is concerned, and seek to contribute to its development, and therefore to the Union itself.
5.2 All members of our Union are full participants in all common processes related to the protection of their copyrights and promotion of their work in different countries of the world . They promote the Union and participate in all projects and events of the Union.
6. Membership in Union
6.1 Any author-performer from any country of the world can become A member of the Union.
6.2 To join the Union, you must provide:
* Application for acceptance ;
* Brief information about the author-performer and his work;
* Portrait photo.
* All documents are sent electronically to the Union's post office.
* When joining the Union, a voluntary entry fee is paid (once) to the Union.
* One-time entry fee for authors-performers :
- European countries - 100 euros
- Other countries of the world - 100 $
- CIS countries - 5000 rubles.
6.3 А member of the Union is issued a membership card.
An honorary member of the Union is issued a nominal "Certificate of honorary member of the Union".

7. Membership status
7.1 Members of the Union are: authors-performers from different countries of the world who joined our Union and their name is included in the list of members of the Union.
7.2 Honorary members of the Union are: - authors-performers whose work is known to a large circle of listeners not in one particular country, and different countries of the world, who have released several original music albums and whose author's work is published on all the world's leading music Internet resources and it is available for everyone to get acquainted with it , to every inhabitant of the earth.
